3 Rep/7 Rep Complex - Complete 5 sets increasing weight each set

then:

In Partners - 20 Mins Max Distance Row
Rule - Every 500m completed Partner's must swap

Score is total distance for each team.

Finisher - 5-10 Mins DEDICATED Mobility & Stretches.
