**CrossFit Junior Teens @ 4:15**

Every 2 mins, for 12 mins (2 sets), rotate through the following stations:
Station 1 – Rope Climb Technique Work – no more than 4 ascents
Station 2 – Freestanding Handstand Hold Work
Station 3 – Tuck Rock to Tuck Sit x 15 reps

then

3 sets, for max reps/calories of:
3 Mins of Rowing/Bike (for Max Calories) or Run
2 Mins of Strict Handstand Push-Ups
1 Min of Strict Pull-Ups
Rest 3 mins
