**CrossFit Junior Teens @ 4.15pm**

Every 2 mins, for 12 mins (3 sets of each):
Station 1 – Muscle-Ups Progressions x 2-5 reps
Station 2 – L-Sit x 45-60 secs

then:

Three rounds for time of:
30/20 Cals of Rowing
15 Chest-to-Bar Pull-Ups
10 Strict Handstand Push-Ups
