then:

AMRAP 5 mins of:
10 Toes to Bar
10 Wall Balls (6kg/10kg)
Rest exactly 3 mins, and then . . .
AMRAP in 5 mins of:
10 V-Ups
20 Mountain Climbers (each step is one rep)
