Overhead Squat

Followed by-

In 2 mins complete:

30 Double Unders

8 Ball Slams (30lb/40lb)

As many Power Snatches (40kg/60kg) as possible in remaining time.

Rest 1 min. 

Repeat for a total of 5 sets.
