We are a CrossFit Gym for everyday people.

We care about all aspects of your life from training, nutrition and recovery, as well as work/life balance, family and most of all, fun.

We have friendly and qualified coaches who will take you safely through a professionally programmed warm up, workout and cool down all in an hour.

We can modify any workout to YOUR ability so you don’t have to worry. Just come, get a great work out and have some fun.

GET STARTED 

 

STEP 1:
🕒 BOOK AN INTRO

Book a FREE, no-obligation intro session so you can experience one of our awesome CrossFit classes. We can chat about your goals and answer any questions that you may have. No prior knowledge or fitness level required. Don’t forget to check out our timetable and membership options.

STEP 2:
☑️ JOIN OUR CREW + FUNDAMENTALS CLASS

Become a member, and in your first month we will take you through our specifically designed 2 hour Fundamentals Class, where you will learn the basics of CrossFit to help you feel confident to tackle anything that comes your way. Learn more about our Fundamentals Class here:

STEP 3:
🙌 GET AFTER YOUR GOALS

As a member you are now part of an awesome, supportive and fun community that is dedicated to striving for a better, healthier, happier life - and with your Fundamentals Class complete, you’re now ready to get after your goals! As part of your first month we will also organise a 1/2 hour goal setting session with you to work out a plan tailored for YOU! Combined with full access to our member apps and Facebook group, you can take full advantage of our CrossFit community, the support we offer and events coming up!
