WOD: Saturday 2/2/2019

Spend 15 Mins working on Thrusters - take reps from the ground. Aim for sets of 3-5 reps and build in weight.

Then..

Rounds of 15, 12 and 9 reps for time of:
Thrusters (42.5kg/60kg)
Bar-Facing Burpees
Compare results to October 12, 2018.
