Build in weight across sets as able - Rest 2 Mins between sets.

then:

Three rounds for time of:
10 Power Cleans (47.5kg/70kg)
10 Burpee Box Jumps (20″/24″)

then:

Accessory Work:
5 Sets of Single-Arm Dumbbell Row x 6-8 reps each arm
