Alternate between:
a) 5 x 3 Overhead Squat - heaviest possible
b) 5 x 6 Reverse Grip Bent Over Rows - heaviest possible

Accessory (if there's time): 4 x 3 Jerk Drives @ 80% - 120% of 1RM Jerk
