12 Min Ascending Ladder of:
Toes to Bar
Overhead Squat with Bar
Alternating Lunges
Start at 2 reps for each movement and add 2 reps for each round
Example - Rnd 1 - 2 T2B, 2 OHS, 2 Alt. Lunges, Rnd 2 - 4 T2B, 4 OHS, 4 Alt. Lunges etc...
