*Set 3 – 4 reps @ 75%
*Set 4 – 3 reps @ 80
*Set 5 – 2 reps @ 85%
*Set 6 – 1 rep @ 90%
*Set 7 – 4-6 reps @ 85%

Followed by-

AMRAP 12 Min:
12 Front-Racked Kettlebell Front Squats (16/24kg KBs)
9 Toes to Bar
6 Burpees
