Strict Press x 1 rep @ 101-105%

Then:

AMRAP 4 Mins:
10 Push Press (35kg/52.5kg)
10 Chest-to-Bar Pull-Ups

Rest 4 mins, and when the running clock reaches 8:00…

AMRAP 4 Mins:
10 Ring Dips
10 Burpees
